USADue to their contract being signed without an end date (ie. in perpetuity), another set of happy clients had their contract declared null and void in the Spanish courts.
The former Turihoteles Vacations Club owners had also taken finance through the resorts lending bank Bankia. As a deposit was taken within the first 3 months, the judge ordered that our clients be refunded double the amount plus compensation.
In total the happy clients were awarded $31,231 on top of being timeshare free!
