On this occasion, as on many others, the contract was found to exceed the legal stated limit which of course led to immediate nullity. On top of this, the contract lacked complexity in detail which again is illegal in Spanish law regarding timeshare. Fortunately, our M1 legal team were assigned to aid the client through the court process, turning their tragedy into a success story. Our clients in this case were awarded $13,745
