USAACC and their partners are pleased to inform you of last week's Spanish court victories.
The umbrella of ACC and ECC's lawyers secured five substantive results, total awarded $89,247.
Four of the victories were against Club La Costa, contractual names of CLC Paradise and CLC Sucursal. In all cases, the nullity of the contract was determined by the lack of information regarding the property and when they could use it plus the contract period. We get the costs in all cases and altogether the total awarded accumulated to $76,444.
There was one other award for clients who owned at Royal Park Albatos, the amount awarded was $12,803.
