The umbrella of ACC and ECC's lawyers secured three results, total awarded $116,664. Below is a breakdown of these substantive cases.
Explotacion Hotelera (Royal Park Albatros) - We lost this case in the first instance but then we won at the Court of Appeal in Tenerife. $52,965 awarded.
The second was against Marriott Vacation Club International - In this case, Malaga Court of Appeal confirmed the nullity despite strong arguments from Marriott. The contract had an end date of 2077 which was illegal so the judge ruled that the contract be deemed null and void. $46,014 awarded.
The third and final favourable judgment was against CLC Sucursal - The nullity of the contract was determined by the lack of information regarding the property and when they could use it plus the contract period. We get the costs. $17,686 awarded.
