1st Court of Instance:
- Diamond Resorts - The nullity of the contract was determined by the lack of information regarding the contract length and accommodation details under Spanish law 04/2012, we won the court costs. $30,507 awarded.
- Anfi - The nullity of the contract was determined by the lack of information regarding the contract length and accommodation details under Spanish law 04/2012, we won the court costs. $36,496 awarded.
- Club La Costa - The nullity of the contract was determined by the lack of information regarding the contract length and the accommodation details under Spanish law 04/2012, we won the court costs. $25,189 awarded.
