ACC and their partners are pleased to inform you of the latest court victories. M1 Legal secured 7 results with a total amount awarded $206,727. Please find below our substantive results.

1st Court of Instance:

• Club la Costa Sucursal - The nullity of the contract was determined by the lack of information regarding the contract length and accommodation details under Spanish law 04/2012, we won the court costs. $55,479 awarded.
• Silverpoint - The claim was against Silverpoint and Resort Properties. The Lawyer made an "out of court" agreement with the administration of Silverpoint resulting in a positive result. We won the court costs. $58,697 awarded.
• Anfi - The nullity of the contract was determined by the lack of information regarding the accommodation details under Spanish law 04/2012. We won the court costs. $25,608 awarded.
• Club la Costa Sucursal - The nullity of the contract was determined by the lack of information regarding the contract length and accommodation details under Spanish law 04/2012. $30,169 awarded.
• Club la Costa Sucursal - The nullity of the contract was determined by the lack of information regarding the contract length and accommodation details under Spanish law 04/2012. $16,638 awarded.

We also received another postitive initial result against Club la Costa and an Appeal submitted by Anfi which resulted in favour of our clients.
