Three positive awards totalling $86,428

ACC and their partners are pleased to inform you of last week’s victories. The umbrella of ACC and ECC's lawyers secured three results with a total amount awarded $92,192. Please find below our substantive results.

1st Court of Instance:

• Diamond Resorts - The nullity of the contract was determined by the lack of information regarding the contract length and accommodation details under Spanish law 04/2012, we won the court costs. $30,507 awarded.
• Anfi - The nullity of the contract was determined by the lack of information regarding the contract length and accommodation details under Spanish law 04/2012, we won the court costs. $36,496 awarded.
• Club la Costa - The nullity of the contract was determined by the lack of information regarding the contract length and the accommodation details under Spanish law 04/2012, we won the court costs. $25,189 awarded.
