Hilton Grand Vacations completed its acquisition of Bluegreen Vacations in January 2024. Bluegreen remains a recognizable consumer brand, but it now sits within the much larger Hilton Grand Vacations group.
Bluegreen after the Hilton Grand Vacations acquisition
The 2024 acquisition added approximately 200,000 Bluegreen members to Hilton Grand Vacations and expanded HGV's resort portfolio into additional destinations.
Owners with older Bluegreen contracts should not assume the change of corporate ownership has replaced their original agreement. The original purchase, financing, upgrades and current ownership position still need to be reviewed.
