Disney Vacation Club (DVC) is Disney's vacation ownership program. Members purchase a real-estate-based ownership interest associated with a home resort and receive Vacation Points used to make reservations, subject to the program rules and availability.
DVC continues to operate a points-based system in 2026, with annual dues attached to ownership and options to use points at DVC resorts and, subject to program terms, other vacation destinations.

DVC points represent the use rights connected with an ownership. Members can generally use, bank or borrow points under the applicable rules, while annual dues remain an ongoing obligation.
Booking availability varies by resort, room type and reservation window. Disney's own materials make clear that exchange and reservation options are subject to availability and program rules.
