Orange Lake, Silverleaf and Royal Resorts
The company's history begins with Orange Lake Resort, opened by Holiday Inn founder Kemmons Wilson in 1982. Orange Lake Resorts and IHG created the Holiday Inn Club Vacations timeshare brand in 2008.
HICV acquired Silverleaf Resorts in 2015 and four Royal Resorts properties in Mexico in 2023. Owners may therefore hold contracts carrying Orange Lake, Silverleaf, Royal Resorts or Holiday Inn Club Vacations branding.
