MéxicoThree of our latest court victories have been against Anfi meaning cancelled contracts and payouts totalling over $94,756 for three sets of happy clients.
All three contracts were declared null and void and compensation awarded on various grounds. One set of clients was awarded $24,366 plus legal costs as their contract was signed in perpetuity and a full description of allocated accommodation was missing.
The other two sets of clients had paid their deposits within the first three months of signing their contracts and their compensations of $36,278 and $34,185 therefore included double the amount of the deposit paid.
