DECEMBER VICTORIES AGAINST SILVERPOINT
M1 Legal have successfully won another two cases against Silverpoint totalling a substantial payout of $56,344.
In both cases the judge decided that the contracts with Silverpoint were illegal and based on the grounds that they were signed in perpetuity (i.e no end date). They also did not meet the minimum legal requirements and both contracts were deemed null and void. The first case was awarded $22,059 and the second case was awarded a total of $34,285.
