MORE ANFI CONTRACTS DECLARED ILLEGAL
We are happy to report the following two victories against the Anfi Group.
In the first case, it was revealed that the contract was for a floating week and for that reason was declared null and void by the judge and ordered to pay $24,113.
In the second case, the contract was in perpetuity (had no end date) and again was declared null and void by the judge and ordered to pay $18,349.
