PARQUE ALBATROS LOSES APPEAL

We are pleased to report today that a case against Explotacíon Hotelera Parque Albatros S.A. the case was originally won in our favour however the defence appealed the decision and now M1 have won the appeal. The case was won on the grounds that Explotacíon Hotelera Parque Albatros S.A denied any liability however the judge ruled in our favour.

Parque albatros were ordered to pay $22,322.
