DECEMBER DOUBLE WIN AGAINST ANFI
This week marks another double win against Anfi Sales. Both cases took place in San Bartolomé de Tirajana court, Las Palmas, Gran Canaria. The contracts were lacking minimum accommodation details i.e. information on what the clients purchased and when they could use their timeshare.
Both contracts were deemed null and void and the judge ordered Anfi to pay $25,684 and $34,976.
