MéxicoJust before Christmas, M1 Legal secured a further victory against Silverpoint Vacations. The case was heard in Tenerife´s High Court, Canary Islands. The contract our clients had obtained from Silverpoint Vacations did not contain certain legal requirements, including that the terms did not respect the time period or accommodation legalities that is stated by the law.
