Victories over Club La Costa bring $94,525 in awards

There were numerous cases in the courts for us last week.

Our largest victories were against Club La Costa. Under the contractual names of;

Club La Costa Sucursal España

These cases were heard in Arona nº 5 and Fuengirola nº 5 Courts, mainland Spain. In total, we obtained $94,525 in awards for our clients; all 3 clients were totally awarded including costs. This was on the grounds of their timeshare agreements having been found to lack details regarding accommodation such as what they could use at which resort and when.
