The contract provided to the timeshare owners by Diamond was declared null by the judge after it became clear the agreement didn’t contain enough information to satisfy the legal requirements. Our clients were awarded $16,716.
We saw two other victories, one over CLC Sucursal and the other over Albatros Ventas, together these victories accumulated to $32,086 in monies awarded.
