The largest victory our legal team obtained last week was against Club La Costa, the money awarded was $41,451. The nullity was declared by the judge due to the lack of information in the contract which means it doesn't respect the legal requirements. In this case, the judge declared the nullity of all previous contracts as well. In another CLC Sucursal victory from last week our client was awarded $15,666.
For similar reasons the contracts in the cases against Diamonds and Anfi Sales from the past week were also deemed null. In the Diamond case $17,233 was awarded and in the Anfi Sales case $15,702 was awarded.
