Another Win Against Marriott

Last week our legal team were busy in the Balearic court of Palma de Mallorca where they obtained our latest victory against Marriott.

In this case the contract was nullified because the contractual agreement was found to be uncompliant with law 42/1998 requirements. This means the duration of the contract was too long, with it being over 50 years.
