MéxicoThis week there has been quite a variation of cases in the courts. Four of our five Club La Costa cases were against Sucursal with the fifth one being against Continental. Together, these five CLC cases amount to $90,767 in monies awarded. The remaining cases of this week, totalling $130,415, being against:

- Leisure Dimensions and Resorts Sales
- ANFIPAN
- Silverpoint
- Diamond Resorts
- Anfi Sales and Anfi Resorts
In addition to the substantive victories our legal team also obtained five more favourable judgements against Club La Costa Sucursal. Altogether these cases have a value of $126,189.
