Eight losses for Club la Costa and huge award against Anfi

ACC and their partners are pleased to inform you of last week's Spanish court victories.

M1 Legal secured 12 results with a total amount awarded $341,223.

Club la Costa - Last week, we secured 8 victories for our clients - The nullity of the contracts was determined by the lack of information (property and when they could use it). Total Amount Awarded between all 8 victories was $143,396
Anfi - We also secured a fantastic substantial award against Anfi. The nullity was for the same reasons as above however, the amount awarded was $128,099.
Club la Costa Appeals - last week we secured 3 appeals in our favour, all of which CLC has been ordered by the judge to pay court costs too. Total value of these cases - $69,727

All cases will now proceed further.
