Three positive results against Marrriott totalling $83,129

ACC and their partners are pleased to inform you of this week's victories. The umbrella of ACC and ECC's lawyers secured SIX positive awards with a total value of $139,615.

Here is a breakdown of our substantive results:

1st Court of Instance:

• Marriott x 3 - In Marbella court No's. 6/8, in all three cases, the judge declared the contract null under the requirements of law 42/1998 (lack of information regarding the contract duration).  Amounts Awarded - $16,199, $46,143, $20,787.

 Appeals:

• CLC Continental - In the Court of Appeal No.4, Jaén, the judgement has been confirmed from the first instance which declared the contract null due to lack of information regarding the contract duration. We also won court costs.  Amount Awarded - $31,264.
• Anfi - In Las Palmas court No.3, the judgement in this case also has been confirmed from the first instance that declared the contract null due to lack of information regarding the contract duration. Amount Awarded - $15,741.
