SPANISH SUPREME COURT RULING AGAINST ANFI RESORTS

We are pleased to announce to you that yesterday evening we received the Judgment for Ayres v. Anfi Sales S.L and Anfi Resorts S.L. from our legal partners at M1 Legal.

The contract has been declared null and void and the defendants have to pay to the clients $24,494 plus the legal interests and $1,834 ( advanced payment) in addition to the legal interests. The defendants presented a counter-claim asking for the reimbursement of $78,248,29 which was rejected.
