Although it was coming up to just days before Christmas celebrations, our M1 Legal team were still battling away in the courts! We were once again victorious against Club La Costa Paradise Trading. In this instance, they have provided our clients with a contract that lacked specific information needed in order to meet legal requirements.

The case was heard in Arona Court, where the Judge decided to award our clients with $22,348.
